For learners to be able to confidently and competently mentor, supervise, teach and support learners. Suited to early (1-2 years post-qualification) and mid-career healthcare multi-professionals (3-5 years post-qualification) including AHPs.

- Learning theories – constructivism, pedagogies discomfort.
- Evidence-based educational approaches
- Equity, diversity and belonging – supporting learners with diverse needs
- Supervision models (e.g. multi-learner models, anti-oppressive models) and skills for effective supervision
- Assessment and feedback – feedback models, hidden curricula, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment
- Supervision/training/mentorship/coaching
- Environments for learning - Universal design for learning

- Plan and deliver effective evidence-based education (e.g. session planning)
- To carry out robust and effective assessments and provide individualised feedback for a range of learners
- Evaluating the quality of education, training and supervision (e.g. through peer review)
